</div><div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Tire os Lombos para o frigorífico, a fim de descongelarem. Conte com um Lombo por pessoa. Corte rectângulos em papel de alumínio (um rectângulo por Lombo). Coloque um Lombo de Salmão no meio do papel, regue com um fio de azeite e umas pedrinhas de sal. Feche o papel de alumínio e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC durante 30 minutos. Entretanto coza as batatas. Quando terminar o tempo, retire do forno, abra os papelotes,o vapor contido nos papelotes queima,retire o Salmão para o prato e sirva com as Batatas Cozidas. Neste caso para fazer um contraste tanto de cores como sabores utilizei Uvas e Abacaxi. Tanto eu como a minha família gostamos muito. Eu utilizei 4 pedaços de abacaxi e 5 uvas, prefiro colocar as uvas nas pontas acho que ficam com melhor aspecto. Se preferirem podem adicionar algum açúcar, mas eu acho que o próprio açúcar da fruta é o suficiente. E se não tiver muito tempo esta é bastante rápida.<br />

Vá mexendo sempre até obter uma espécie de calda. Reserve. Num tachinho, misture as gemas com os ovos, 100ml de natas e 250g de açúcar.</span></span><br />

Triture as 8 metades de pêssego com a calda. Junte ao preparado anterior. Com a ajuda de uma batedeira, bata as restantes 200ml de natas e envolva no creme.</span></span><br />
